Our team


Paul founded Sinclair Global Corporation in 2009 as a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in Media, Licensing, Consumer Marketing and Sales based in the USA and in Europe. Most recently Paul was at MGM Studios and led the Worldwide Consumer Products business as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Marketing and Promotions. Paul oversaw property acquisitions, property development, licensing and merchandising activities for all MGM and third party properties.  This includes: the Pink Panther franchise; television sci-fi hits Stargate SG-1 and the new spin-off series Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe; blockbuster films like James Bond, Fame!, Legally Blonde and Rocky; cult-film classics such as Army of Darkness and Robocop; and a plethora of other film/television programs from MGM’s extensive 4,100 plus-title library.

During 2008, Paul and his team launched a massive consumer products licensing and cause-related marketing campaign called Pinkitude. Spanning both high-end and mid-tier categories, the campaign has been a resounding success, generating millions of consumer impressions.  Paul’s team has expanded the Pink Panther program on a global basis to support the February 2009 theatrical release, The Pink Panther 2. He was also responsible for marketing and merchandising a new 26 episode animated television series titled Pink Panther & Pals, currently in production for early 2010 release. Premiere children’s broadcasters will broadcast the series including Cartoon Network on a worldwide basis.

Furthermore, the Consumer Products Licensing group proactively developed the studio’s licensing assets and creating new brand value from its valuable film and television franchises; 2008  saw the release of several integrated merchandising and promotional initiatives spearheaded by Paul Flett. These include a luxury brand inspired by the 1959 Marilyn Monroe movie Some Like It Hot and a tween girl targeted brand developed from the Legally Blonde franchise, supported by other MGM divisions with new entertainment content.  Paul was also instrumental in developing the international licensing initiative for the upcoming Hobbit theatrical franchises currently scheduled for theatrical release in 2011 and 2012.
Paul has extensive deal making expertise and during his tenure at MGM was responsible for closing the largest single character license deal of all time with Owens Corning Corporation. This multi- year deal permits Owens Corning to use the Pink Panther as their corporate mascot and will net MGM  a significant royalty stream over the term.

Prior to joining MGM, Paul Flett held increasingly senior positions at Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Munchkin Inc, Sega Europe, Mattel. L’Oréal S.A. and Nestlé, As Vice President – Sales and Business Development at Warner Bros Consumer Products International, Paul oversaw a team of 160 sales executives around the globe managing consumer products businesses generating in excess of  $3.0bn annually. Paul was instrumental in developing licensing strategies and closing strategically important deals for famous franchises such as Harry Potter, Batman, Superman and The Looney Tunes.  At Munchkin Inc, he served as Vice President of Business Development, where he was responsible for all international initiatives and developed a strategic business alliance with a European baby product manufacturer and developed an international expansion strategy for the company’s pet business, branded Bamboo.  At Sega Europe, he was European Director of Product Marketing and set up a brand new toy division for the company and successfully launched a new kid-targeted hardware console called Pico and 8 new software titles developed in 5 European languages. During his successful tenure at Sega, Paul’s responsibilities expanded to include other gaming platforms including the MegaDrive (Genesis) system. Paul also managed licensing partnerships with Disney and Lego for the company. At Mattel UK, Paul was Marketing Group Manager for Girls Toys and spearheaded major increases in Barbie’s market share at the expense of her competitor Hasbro’s Sindy. Paul also managed the licensor relationship with Disney. Prior to Mattel Paul worked in both field sales and marketing management roles for L’ Oréal Technique Professionel, the professional division of L’Oréal . Paul managed both the styling product portfolio and the luxury brand Kérastase. During his tenure at L’Oréal Paul was placed at INSEAD for General Management training.

 Paul began his career at Nestlé UK within the frozen food division –Findus. He worked on the launch of Lean Cuisine in the UK and quickly rose to the position of Brand Manager, Frozen Fish Products. Paul re-launched the entire range of products and developed an innovative line of fish recipe dishes for the UK market.

Paul graduated with a joint honours degree in Marketing with French from the University of Lancaster in the UK and spent a full year internship working at Management Marketing et Systèmes (M2S), a boutique qualitative market research agency in Paris.


Roxanne Flett co-founded Sinclair Global Corporation and is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company. Roxanne has an extensive 20 year background in administration and held increasingly senior positions within Warner Bros. Theatrical Distribution and Warner Bros. Consumer Products, where she ran the worldwide office of the President of the division. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Roxanne manages event planning and coordination and brings a wealth of experience coupled with an incredible eye for detail.
